How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It normally takes 1–2 business days to process your order, depending on how busy we are. Your order will then be shipped, and you can expect delivery within an estimated 4 to 8 business days.

Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return your order without providing a reason. The 30 days begin on the day you receive the package. Please note that the return must be made within these 30 days.

Which payment methods does Mauzari accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, American Express, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
All payments are made in Danish kroner (DKK).
I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number (consisting of at least 5 digits), an overview of your order, and the delivery address.
The confirmation email may accidentally end up in your spam or junk folder. Therefore, please check these folders in your email to see whether the confirmation is there.
If you have checked your spam folder, waited a while, and verified that your email address is correct but still have not received your order confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Please provide your full name and order number, and we will help you confirm the status of your order and resend the confirmation if necessary.
