Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability may not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mauzari and our affiliates, partners, management, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought by a third party as a result of or in connection with your breach of these Terms of Trade or the documents incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law or a third party’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent that the claim is caused by our own circumstances, and it does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Section 16 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence and, where applicable, your state of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service first so that we can try to find a solution. You may bring a dispute before any court or alternative dispute resolution body available to you under mandatory consumer law. All other disputes must be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. For orders already placed, the Terms in effect at the time the order was placed shall apply.
