Shipping & Delivery

Orders will ship 1-2 business days after they are placed. Standard free-shipping will take 2-5 business days after that with expedited shipping services reducing the delivery time.

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping on every order. Upgrades are available for a fee.

Yes, we ship our products internationally. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties your government charges upon import.
Free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Most domestic orders are shipped with USPS. With UPS being used occasionally. International orders are shipped with UPS.
Warranty & Repair

Yes, all our products are subject to quality control and come with a two-year warranty.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
What's Covered:- Tears to the external leather structure, straps, grab handles or internal lining
- Hardware - zips, pullers, buckles, snaps or press studs
What's Not Covered:
General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage.)
Natural ageing process of the leather, paint or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing.
It does not cover improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defect.To file a warranty claim please send an email to support@mauzari.com with your order number, photo(s) of the issue and any information you would like to provide. If the warranty claim is approved you will either have the item repaired or given a replacement item of similar value.

Yes, most aspects of our products can certainly be repaired. We recommend visiting a local brick and mortar shop that specialize in leather shoe repair for leather handbag repairs.
Returns & Refunds

Due to recent, unfortunate circumstances, Mauzari will soon be closing its doors. We are deeply grateful for each of our customers and the support you’ve shown us. As we move forward, we will no longer be able to accept returns or issue refunds on purchases, and all sales are final. Thank you for your understanding during this transition.
This is applicable only on items purchased from Mauzari.com and Mauzari items purchased other places will be subject to the return policies there.
